Hilton Convention Hotel Podium FOH Levels

For the construction of Five Star “Hilton Convention Hotel” Project,  C24 Co. performed Technical Assistance for Design, Detailing, Planning, Coordination, Manufacturing and Supply of the below works to the General Contractor:

- The Hotel Front of House Areas Podium Levels (total construction area of 15,750 m2) such as Hotel Entrances and Lobby Areas, General Guest Areas, Multi-Purpose Hall and its related Prefunction Areas, Auditorium, Special Meeting Galleries, Meeting Rooms, Special VIP Sections, Meetings and Business Rooms, Three Special Restaurants (All Day Dining, Indian-Malay Restaurant, Lebanese Restaurant), Cafés:

  1. All MEP installation works including third fix fixtures;

  2. All architectural finishing and decoration works (suspended ceilings, dry walls, marbles, ceramic tiling, carpet, wall covers and special finishes,

  3. All special decorative items (wooden panels, brackets, slats, decorative grills, wood works, glass panels, leather panels, metal works, etc ),

  4. All wooden doors, millworks,

  5. Special metal treated big Hall Entrance doors,

  6. Operable partition walls,

  7. Decorative columns, permanent ornaments,

  8. Multi-Purpose Hall (2,000 m2) structural carrying suspended steel design, manufacturing and installation, architectural suspended ceilings, marble doors’ special arches, lighting fixtures,

  9. All special desks of the Hotel and Restaurants,

  10. UL labeled Fire Rated Doors, and glass doors and partitions,

  • Hilton Convention Hotel- 15 Levels of Guest Room Tower A

  • 15 Floors of Guest Rooms’ Floors of Tower A (Total area 18,750 m2):

  1. All MEP installation works,

  2. All architectural finishing (CMU and dry walls, suspended ceilings, plaster and paint works, ceramic and floor marbles, etc.)
