Basement and Ground floors are made of reinforced concrete, top floors are made of steel.


INFORMATION ON THE CARRIED OUT WORKS

 

The Turkish Pharmacists’ Association ANKARA SOCIAL - CULTURAL AND CONGRESS
FACILITIES PROJECT is a project with  total 8000 m2 construction area and its architectural
design project was awarded  with first prize after competition made. This center located
on Ankara Çayyolu last bus stop location  and has a five stars hotel facilities and six halls and
a library for the purpose of education and training.


There are a closed garage, various installation places, cooling store, workshops, pond installation
rooms and hydrosphere apartments In basement floors of the center and guest undressing
rooms and shower toilets, sauna, steam room, shocking pool and squash special playing hall
in C block basement.


In center, there are a big open outdoor swimming pool and an indoor  closed swimming pool.
Besides  health units there are a restaurant for 500 people, special congress hall for 300 people,
foyer and sitting units.


The block called as D block where  3 story bedrooms are located and constructed from
steel frames located on two high reinforced concrete posts. Was constructed by using
400 tons steel and there are total 41 special guest room including   bed rooms and
suit rooms. This block has a separate installation room and a panoramic elevator and
a service elevator. Center has heating, cooling, air conditioning systems and shall have
a tennis court.
