| - Reinforced Concrete+Steel building having total 21.500 square meter construction area;
- 11 floors has been constructed as 2 blocks.
- The first four floors of the complex are located at 18 m underground.
- A slope stabilization has been applied on this multi-sloping land before starting the building construction and approx. 1100 m2 -h=22 mt anchorage + shot-crete pile manufacturing has been completed.
- The building has been constructed by the reinforced conventional formwork and table slab system:
- Rough construction work continues at the inner spaces of the areas to be leased (the completion of all the other productions except suspended ceilings - ground lining and dividing walls) – turn-key has been completed at the common areas (spaces such as entry-wc-conference room-carpark-technical places etc. );
- The exterior facade has been entirely completed with the aluminum silicon cladding siding system and terracotta coating with mechanical bearing,
- At the terrace a restaurant is available which has been manufactured with steel construction shadings and again entirely steel construction and aluminum cladding window-siding profiles.
- Electrical and mechanical system have been entirely completed except the armatures which will be used at the suspended ceiling (the armatures are included at the common areas with turn-key) and computerized automatic control system has been applied. |
